  1. Introduction

Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before accessing, using or obtaining any materials, information, products or services. By accessing, the Smileforall society website, any other feature or other Smile for all platforms, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept all these Terms, then you may not use Our Website. 

In these Terms, “we”, “us” , “our” or “Smile for all society” refers to Smile for all society, and “you” or “your” refers to you as the user of our Website.

  1. Changes to the Agreement

We may modify these Terms, for any reason at any time, by posting a new version on Our Website, these changes do not affect rights and obligations that arose prior to such changes. Your continued use of Our Website following the posting of modified Terms will be subject to the Terms in effect at the time of your use. Please review these Terms periodically for changes.

If you do not wish to continue using the Service under the new version of Agreements, you may terminate your account / Services by contacting us by emailing the support. These policies and procedures apply to all Smile for all society products sold on this site or any other site owned by K21Academy that includes a link to this page.

  1. Payments, Cancellations, and Refund policy
  • In case of any payment failure, please email us at support@smileforallsociety.org
  • Payments can be made in INR. Please contact us for different payment modes.

4.1 Billing

All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateway providers. We do not store any card information (other than the last 4 digits of your card) in our servers.

A user can subscribe to our Happiness subscription or donate an amount to run operations offered by Smile for all society through different payment options like, VISA / MasterCard / PayPal / Razor Pay depending upon which ones are currently being provided by Payment Gateway facility.

After the payment process is carried out successfully, an official receipt of purchase is provided by payment Gateway on behalf of Smile for all society through email which can be used as a reference for any future requirements.

4.2 Refund Policy

 

We are dedicated to being transparent about how we utilize the funds sent to us by any/all parties/users. We do not refund any amount sent to us as a donation to our organization or as a part of being our Happiness subscription subscriber.

 

5.1 Access to Previous Purchases

Smile for all society reserves the right to change content options (including eligibility for particular features) or remove access without notice to any previous subscription features or content that is no longer valid or deemed out of date.

5.2 Content and Courseware

As a part of our Services offered through our Website, We shall grant you access to the informations about our activities and development programs, and other information, documents, and data which may be in audio, video, written, graphic, recorded, photographic, or any machine-readable format in relation to the specific subscription purchased or offered. We reserve the right to amend, revise or update the subscription content offered to you. In the event such an amendment, revision or updating occurs, we may require you pay an additional fee to access such amended, revised, or updated Subscription content

  1. Customer Support

For customer support with account-related and payment-related questions, please contact our Customer Service Department using the Customer Service contact us on the Get in Touch With Us section of our website. We will use reasonable endeavours to respond to all Customer Support Queries within a reasonable time frame but we make no promises that any Customer Support Queries will be responded to within any particular time frame and/or that we will be able to answer any such queries.

For all the paid subscribers, a dedicated support system is designed and details of the same are shared upon registration under any program(s).

  1. Rights you grant us

On acceptance of Terms & Conditions by a user, the user gives his/her explicit permission to call or contact the user via SMS or email through any medium which Smile for all society deems fit.

We reserve the right to feature your picture in any photos, videos, or other promotional material used by us.

Further, we may use your personal information to inform you about other services and opportunities offered by us. However, we shall not distribute or share your personal information with any third party marketing database or disclose Your personal information to any third party except on a case-to-case basis after proper verification of such third party or if required under any applicable law.

 

  1. Happiness subscription cancellation policy. 

 

You can anytime choose to unsubscribe to our Happiness subscription. 

 

Our cancellation policy is drafted to ensure continued care and education for the children:

 

Monthly : Your subscription starts from the First date of the next month. We deduct payment between 1st to 14th of a month for payments of the next month.

 If you are on an auto debit plan, You are required to notify us or cancel your subscription 15 days before the end of the month. 

 

For example: 

 

If you subscribe between 1st to 14th of January:  Your subscription will start from the 1st of February (i.e the following month), Your payments for the month of March will be deducted between 1st to 14th of February. 

 

If you subscribe between 15th to 31st of January: Your subscription starts from the 1st of March.

 

If you cancel your subscription between 1st to 14th of February: Your subscription for March will stand cancelled. 

 

If you cancel your subscription between 15th to 28th Feb( Last day of the month): Your subscription for April will be cancelled. 

 

Quarterly/Half Yearly/ Yearly Subscription:

 

Your subscription starts from the first date of the coming month and lasts for the opted duration.

Your payments for the next quarterly/Half yearly/Yearly subscription are deducted between 1st to 14th of the last month of your opted duration. 

 

In case you want to discontinue your subscription you are required to notify us 1 month prior to the date your subscription expires. 

 

For example: 

 

Quarterly subscription:

 If you start your subscription in January, Your subscription starts from 1st of February and lasts till 30th of April. 

 

We will deduct your payments for the next quarter (May to July) between 1st to 14th of April. 

You can unsubscribe anytime till 31st March. 

 

In case you take subscription on Quarterly, Half Yearly or yearly basis your subscription starts from the first day of the next month and lasts for the opted duration.  To ensure continued care and education of the child you are required to notify us 15 days prior to the end of your subscription. 

 

  1. Severability, Waiver, and Interpretation

Unless as otherwise stated in the Agreements, should any provision of the Agreements be held invalid or unenforceable for any reason or to any extent, such invalidity or enforceability shall not in any manner affect or render invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions of the Agreements, and the application of that provision shall be enforced to the extent permitted by law.

Any failure by Smile for all society or any third party beneficiary to enforce the Agreements or any provision thereof shall not waive Smile for all society or the applicable third party beneficiary’s right to do so.

As used in Terms, the words “include” and “including”, and variations thereof will be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation.”

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Smile for all society harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising out of or related to:

  • Your breach of the Agreements or any one of them;
  • Any User Content you share or otherwise contribute;
  • Any activity in which you engage on or through the Smile for all society Service; and
  • Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
